The best way to describe this day is many shades of grey, even the birds are grey today.
I, however, am very well indeed. I have a mug of hot chocolate in my left hand that’s keeping me warm inside and out. I’m resting today to give my arm a break. It’s greatly improved today after a good solid 6 hours sleep last night (and some expert, long distance advice from his shore crew here in Victoria). I had a nap this morning and am feeling pretty good. I’ll rest again this afternoon.
I’ve started a Ken Follett novel Code to Zero and looking forward to escaping into the story and characters for the next few days.

You mention your elbow and arm but I don’t remember reading how you hurt it.
Keep the spirits up Bob
